About the position

Novaspace is the global leading consulting firm in the space sector, with a 40-year legacy of advising private companies and governments across strategy, market development, and innovation. Trusted by 1,200 clients in over 60 countries, with offices in Brussels, Munich, Paris, Washington DC, Singapore, Tokyo, and beyond, Novaspace provides end-to-end consulting services to the space and telecommunications industries — from national space strategy definition to socio-economic impact assessment and regulatory advisory. This Consultant position is embedded in the Government Strategy and Policy service line, advising government and institutional clients on national space strategy development, institutional assessments, and space policy. The postholder will contribute to high-profile engagements spanning satellite communications, Earth observation, launch, exploration, and space situational awareness, developing client-ready deliverables — presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations — and supporting proposal and business development activities. For early-career professionals with backgrounds in space policy, public sector advisory, or international relations who are seeking to build consulting expertise, this role offers direct client exposure, mentoring from senior partners with extensive international management consulting backgrounds, and access to Novaspace's global expert network. The position is junior-level (up to 3 years of experience) and is based across Paris, Munich, or Brussels.
