The European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) is seeking an Engagement Intern to join its Vienna-based team. The intern will support ESPI's European and international engagement initiatives, including partner relations, networking, and outreach activities. The role involves assisting with events such as conferences, workshops, and roundtables, as well as contributing to ESPI's education portfolio and the Director's Office. Additional responsibilities include supporting standing engagement platforms such as the Vienna Space Diplomat (VSD), EISC, and NEST, as well as communication activities, media relations, and production of printed materials.
Interest or background in space policy, international relations, or a related field Experience or willingness to support event organisation and stakeholder engagement Strong communication skills for media relations and outreach activities Ability to assist with coordination across multiple engagement platforms Based in or able to relocate to Vienna, Austria
