Priority is given to career civil servants of the Generalitat de Catalunya corps (A1 grade); exceptional applications from qualified external candidates may be considered. The Secretariat of Digital Policies of Catalonia's Department of Enterprise and Labour is launching Catalunya Espai 2030, a formal strategic programme for the Catalan space sector approved by the Catalan Government on 23 July 2026 (GOV/183/2026). This three-year coordination role (October 2026 – September 2029) leads the programme's governance, international deployment, and communications function. The postholder will direct and coordinate the overall programme, ensure alignment of all actions with the strategy's missions and thematic pillars, act as the liaison between all participating departments and entities (including Enterprise and Labour, Research and Universities, Territory, and CTTI), support the Strategy and Operations Commissions and their working groups, monitor indicators and prepare periodic strategic reports, and lead the international dimension of the strategy — driving alliances with ESA, EUSPA, the European Commission, European regions, and international networks. The postholder will also coordinate Catalonia's institutional participation at major global events including the IAC, Space Tech Expo, and MWC, and contribute to building the Catalunya Espai 2030 brand at European and global level.
