Eutelsat Group maintains a dedicated Global Government division serving sovereign clients, defence agencies, and allied governmental bodies. This Proposal Manager role leads the bid management and offer design function within that division, acting as the central architect of government-facing proposals and white papers. The position is directly relevant to the space policy and security community: the postholder will develop competitive analyses, articulate the security value proposition of Eutelsat's GEO-LEO hybrid networks, support EU security clearance requirements, and engage with the full spectrum of government procurement stakeholders. Working alongside senior military advisers, business developers, and government relations specialists, the postholder will build a Centre of Excellence for government proposals, shaping how Eutelsat competes for defence and government contracts across markets where satellite connectivity intersects with national security policy.
