The Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies (AIAS) is offering up to 10 AIAS-AUFF Fellowships for curiosity-driven researchers from any discipline and nationality worldwide. For interdisciplinary approaches research projects proposed by the candidate that fits with the University interests.. Aahrus University hosts working groups like the Space Diplomacy and Technology Sovereignty https://space.au.dk/wg/sdts. Each fellowship lasts 23 months, beginning 1 September 2027, and is designed for researchers with 2 to 10 years of post-PhD experience. Fellows join an interdisciplinary, internationally collaborative environment at Aarhus University, with opportunities to engage across departments, research hubs, and theme groups. The fellowship supports career development through tailored academic training, conferences, and workshops, alongside office space and relocation support. While not exclusively focused on space topics, researchers working in space law, governance, or policy are eligible to apply.
