This Account Director role focuses on the North American market, specifically Alaska and the mainland United States, driving revenue through Eutelsat's hybrid GEO-LEO connectivity portfolio.
The position is relevant to the space governance and policy community insofar as it operates at the intersection of commercial satellite services and regulated public sector markets, including utilities, mobility, and government resiliency.
Candidates with backgrounds in space commerce, telecommunications policy, or government affairs will find the role embedded in active debates around spectrum allocation, LEO deployment authorisations, and the competitive dynamics reshaping the global connectivity market.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in satellite connectivity, telecoms, or adjacent industries
Deep knowledge of LEO and GEO satellite technologies and competitive market dynamics
Proven experience with public sector, enterprise, or government customer segments
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills (Salesforce preferred)
Fluency in English required; Spanish or French an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Telecoms; MBA preferred
