This Sales Manager position focuses on B2B satellite connectivity for the German market, spanning LEO and MEO constellations including Starlink, OneWeb, and Iridium, as well as hybrid terrestrial-satellite solutions. The role sits within the SatCom sales team and supports the full commercial cycle from opportunity qualification through to proposal development and client presentations, targeting sectors such as energy, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and IT integration. While primarily a commercial sales role, the position offers direct exposure to the regulatory and operational dimensions of operating multi-orbit satellite services in a heavily licensed market, and to how commercial providers navigate national and EU-level telecommunications frameworks.

Requirements

2-5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience in telecoms, IT services, or satellite communications Familiarity with GEO/LEO/MEO satellite technologies and multi-orbit service architectures Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory) Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into customer value propositions Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
